Rules depend on the written scope
Customer change
If you need to change confirmed dates, services, party size or scope, we will first check what can realistically be adjusted. Any additional cost or third-party price difference will be confirmed before proceeding.
Additional service
Accompaniment, translation, additional appointments or other requests outside the confirmed scope are treated as additional services. Availability and fees will be confirmed before they are arranged.
Overtime
If the service extends beyond the time included in the confirmed scope, we will confirm whether you would like the service to continue. Any additional fee follows the agreed written scope and pricing terms.
Provider change
If a hospital, clinic or other provider changes its availability, we will notify you and, where possible, coordinate an alternative time or option.
Cancellation
Cancellation is handled according to the stage of service already completed, coordination work already performed and any third-party costs already incurred.
Refund handling
Refundable Caravira service fees follow the confirmed written terms. Refunds for medical providers, transportation, accommodation or other third-party services follow the respective provider's policies.
